What is your return policy?
We hope you love your spice set as much as we did when we created it for you! But if you change your mind—no problem: You can return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason . The important thing is that the set is still in its original packaging, unopened, and unused. Since our spices are food products, we can only accept returns if the packaging remains intact. Simply send us a short email to info@spicegourmet.at , and we'll explain the next steps. And if your set arrives damaged or something is wrong, please let us know immediately—we'll take care of it!
Are there any purchases that are non-returnable?
Yes, some—but we always tell you that! Since our spice sets are food products, we can only accept returns if the packaging is still unopened and undamaged. Gift cards are always non-returnable. And if you purchase a discounted item—don't worry: You can return it just like a regular order (unless the product description explicitly states otherwise).

When will my order arrive?

Once you've completed checkout, you'll immediately receive an order confirmation via email. We typically process and ship your order within 1–2 business days , and delivery within Austria usually takes about 3–5 business days .
For deliveries to other EU countries, it usually takes 5-10 working days , depending on the destination.
As soon as your package has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can track your order at any time.
